Aluminum Dihydrogen Phosphate CAS#13530-50-2

  • Thermosetting Material – Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) functions as a thermosetting material with condensation polymerization cementation.

  • Enhanced Mechanical Strength – Composite foams with ADP show increased compressive yield strength and overall compressive strength compared to pure aluminum foam.

  • Improved Energy Absorption – ADP-containing foams exhibit superior energy absorption capacity, making them ideal for impact-resistant applications.

  • Elevated Plateau Stress – The addition of ADP raises plateau stress, enhancing foam performance, though excessive ADP (>7.5 mass%) slightly shortens the plateau region.

Aluminum Dihydrogen Phosphate CAS#13530-50-2

Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) is a thermosetting material with a cementation mechanism based on condensation polymerization. Compared to pure aluminum foam, composite foams containing ADP and subjected to sintering exhibit higher compressive yield strength and overall compressive strength, increased plateau stress, and superior energy absorption capacity. However, when the ADP content exceeds 7.5 mass%, the length of the plateau region is slightly reduced.
